Experienced Broker in Nevada and Utah . My beginning came as a financial analyst for a major development company in Las Vegas. Real estate and numbers has been at the forefront of my work since college. I've obtained my real estate license from NV in 2003 and most recently here in Utah and have been helping individual and corporate clients with their Real Estate goals for the past 18 + years. During this time, I have independently closed more than 175 transactions that range across a wide array of specialties. These specialties include bank owned, luxury, short sales, traditional, fix and flip, probate and unimproved land.

I take a technical approach to real estate relying on metrics and ALWAYS giving the true picture of each and every transaction. We have time proven techniques and analytics that provide our clients with maximum exposure.

My husband and I moved to Duck Creek full time in 2006. I have always had a passion for real estate but was busy raising my family but after many years of running our family business many of our friends and family wanted to join us with second homes on the mountain. So in 2016 I obtained my Real Estate license. It fit with my passion of helping people find their dream cabin in this paradise. I have a huge love for this mountain. I love new challenges and I see the potential in all cabins, and I can't wait to help you find your slice of heaven in Duck Creek.

Samantha (Sam) Stadtlander

I have been a resident and business owner in Duck Creek Village for over 15 years. My husband Doug and I, along with our son, relocated from Las Vegas to build and open our business, Cedar Mountain True Value Country Store. Before relocating from Las Vegas to Duck Creek Village, I enjoyed a 20-year career in real estate management, development and construction management. Owning a business and being a very active volunteer in the Community has provided me with an extensive knowledge and appreciation of Duck Creek Village and its neighboring towns as well as Southern Utah as a whole.
