The big attraction here is Montgomery Creek, which runs through the property for approximately 420 feet and includes a swimming hole. Having a creek like this on your property opens up some interesting possibilities for enjoying the outdoors. There's also a good amount of usable ground before the terrain drops steeply toward the creek, giving you some space to explore and enjoy the property without everything being on a hillside. And there's more here than just land and water. The property includes three trailers, two of which have titles.
